If you placed an order and want to cancel the order then etnasasta.com is easy to accept the return if the product is not shipped. Generally, we are shipping the product in maximum 24hrs. When your order is shipped, we are not to accept your cancel request.
If you want to cancel the product from your side then, log in into the account- > MY ACCOUNT -> Orders- > Cancel. After that, we are received your cancelation request.
